One of the best benefits of living in God’s will is that we don’t have to figure everything out on our own. As I lay in bed trying to figure out how to handle a situation with someone I’m trying to help, God reminded me about how well HE had previously arranged events in my efforts to help her. All I had to do was listen and walk through the door of His will. He didn’t need my help to figure it out; I simply needed to listen. I am a problem solver, so it’s difficult for me to get in the habit of allowing God solve problems. He sure does it much better than I do though. He’s infinitesimally smarter and more powerful than I am! He is far above any president, King, multi-millionaire, rock-star etc.,–

He is the King of Kings and He has placed His Spirit of wisdom, revelation and power within each of His children!

“The God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory…give you the Spirit of wisdom and of revelation in the knowledge of him, having the eyes of your hearts enlightened, that you may know what is the hope to which he has called you, what are the riches of his glorious inheritance in the saints, and what is the immeasurable greatness of his power toward us who believe, according to the working of his great might that he worked in Christ when he raised him from the dead and seated him at his right hand in the heavenly places, far above all rule and authority and power and dominion, and above every name that is named, not only in this age but also in the one to come.” (Eph. 1:17-21)

All we need to do is fall in line with His will, ask and then listen–and He will freely give us His wisdom!

If we are not actively bringing our lives within the will of God, we will not be close enough to Him to hear Him and we will NOT be the beneficiaries of His wisdom, power and guidance. God has a solution for EVERY problem which will arise today. When we get rid of the sin which drags us away from Him, we are able to hear His voice. His voice is the most beautiful and peaceful sound in the world!
